Spud Playoffs

The Spud Varsity Baseball team has earned the #4 seed in Section 8AAAA and will host Brainerd on Tuesday, May 31 at 4:30 at Matson Field! 


Office Closed

The baseball office will not be open during normal office hours the week of 5/30 - 6/3. Board members will be in sporadically throughout the week so please email or call the office to make an appointment to stop in.


Lakes Region Schedule

The 14/15 in-house Lakes Region game schedule is available by clicking the 'In-House Team' tab. The 14 Orange Travel Lakes Region schedule is available under the '13-15 Tri-City' tab.  13 in-house & Orange travel Lakes Region schedule will be available shortly.


Tri-City League Schedule

The Tri-City league schedule is out for 13 - 15 year old travel teams.  Click on '13-15 Tri-City' tab to the left. Click on the schedule itself to go to the tri-city page.


Raffle Tickets

Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three sellers of raffle tickets.  First place will receive $150. Second will receive $100. Third will receive $50. If you need more tickets, please stop by the baseball office 10 - 2 Monday - Thursday.


Board Meeting

The next Moorhead Babe Ruth board meeting will be 7:00 PM Sunday, June 5th at the baseball office. All members are welcome to attend.

Tournament Champions!

Congratulations to the 12 Year Old Black travel team for taking first place in the 70' Fargo Invitational Tournament.


Wood Bat Season

Our 8th grade wood bat team finished their season Monday with two shut-out wins against Fargo's Carl Ben team. Pitchers Quentin Hegg & Skylar Timmer combined for a no-hitter in the 6-0 win. The second game was 8-0. The team finished the season with a 27-6 record. Congrats on a great season!
